Coordinator of Reel Kids Event at The Great American Outdoor Show

To PA Bass Federation Members:

The PA Bass Federation in partnership with the 2015 Great American Outdoor Show will be hosting a REEL Kids casting competition on February 7^th and 8^th and February 14^th and 15^th. All PA Bass Federation members and their families are encouraged to help out with this event. Here is where we need your help:

1. The event will be help 11AM to 3PM on the dates listed above. We need approximately 30 volunteers each day to make this a success. Family members can help out too. By volunteering your time, you will receive an exhibitors pass in your name that can be used for the entire show; however, during the times of the REEL event we need you helping out based on a schedule I will coordinate. The show has free parking at an area Mall and free shuttle service to the event. We plan to use this service. To sign up, call Barry Potteiger at 717-497-1959 or text me at this same number. I need name, phone number, email address, and dates you can help. Additionally, include any other names of people you will be bringing to help. Detail instructions will be sent via email to coordinate when and where to meet.
2. We want to give each kid a participation prize for trying the competition. We are soliciting sponsors…both monetary and/or actual prizes. So if you know any potential sponsors, please contact me and we can work out a game plan. Additionally, all bass anglers have extra tackle (bags of soft baits, line, etc) that they will never use. Please consider donating this. Again, I can be reached at 717-497-1959.
