TOURNAMENT RESULTS
What a way to end the weekend!!!!

Sunday we concluded the weekend of fishing with one of the largest District 1-3-7 fields over the past three years with a total field of 42 boats (84 aglers).  Here were the top four finishers in both the Angler and Co-Angler Divisions:

2010 Eastern Regional Results

Final Results
What a great tournament!!!!

The competition was fierce but everyone displayed fantasic sportsmanship over the course of the event.  Once again Oneida produced some awesome bags and positions were won by mere ounces.

I would like to thank all the anglers for their patience shown to the tournament staff and a special thanks goes out to our volunteers, especially Chris Wilson, Steve Koch, Larry Moore, Tom Murray, Lenny Janeski and Dave Ciarletta.  Without their involvement I’m not sure things would have went as smooth as they did.

Lastly in the course of the event I learned something that we’ll (actually I) will need to look at modifying to make the experience an even better event next year.  Now on to what everyone has waited for, our team and individual results.

1) Winning Team was Hawhunters of Allentown
2) Day One Lunker was Hawg Hunters of Allentown (4.92lbs largemouth) for $1,200
3) Day Two Lunker was Lancaster County (4.86lbs largemounth) for $1,200
4) Biggest one day bag (16.58lbs.) was James Weible Lebanon County, and
5) Biggest total bag (29.07lbs.) was Bob Davidson, Jr. (Leggett’s Creek)

For those top 45 individuals who qualified for the 2010 PA State Championship (First 23 are anglers and next 22 are co-anglers) I will need to you to confirm back to me whether or not you will be accepting your slot / position.  This information needs to be received by Friday, July 16th.  If I do not hear back from individuals by this date, your position will be forfeit to the next in line (absolutely no exceptions).

We have a lot of pictures that were taken over the weekend and I will try to have them posted over the 4th of July weekend.
