MR. BASS KICKOFF POTOMAC RIVER

Mr. Bass Kickoff will be April 17th and 18th at Smallwood state park on the Potomac River. I apologize for the lack of information but have had some setbacks in securing the venue for the meeting. As of right now the Mandatory meeting will be at 6:00pm at Smallwood State park in Pavilion #2 which is located in the Main parking lot of the boat parking.  We will keep this meeting brief. I am still accepting application up until Tuesday the 14th.  Launch will be Safe light to 3:00pm on both days. Please make sure that at the meeting you come with your Ranger Bucks cards and $20.00 to cover both day lunker pot.  I will post later tonight with a list of applications already received. Please reach out and call me if your interested in fishing but haven’t submitted your app.  If you can’t attend the meeting then you must have a representative there on your behalf with your cell phone number.  Contact me at Bruce Bramer 215-407-7087. Ranger Bucks is $225.00 for 1st,  125.00 for 2nd and $75.00 for 3rd.

District 3 Tournament April 19, 2015

District 3 – 4/19/15 – Potomac River

Come out the Sunday after Mr Bass and fish the first District 3 tournament of 2015!

Gate opens at 5:00 am and we will launch after everyone is ready to go and we have a morning meeting. Plan on fishing 8 hours.
Lunker will be collected the morning of tournament and we will have a 50/50 drawing.

District 3 welcomes every PA TBF angler to fish and we offer a Angler and Co angler of the year award. Anyone can win these awards, not just District 3 members. We usually have some good prizes and offer a great payback to our competitors!

Application cut-off is Monday 4/13/15. No exceptions!

District 2 – Williamsport, Antlers – 4/12/15

The tournament has been cancelled due to unsafe water conditions.

New permit was submitted for Sunday, July 26th. This was the earliest that this could be re-scheduled due to conflicts with other tournaments. Please call, text, or email me to let me know if you want to transfer your application and payment to the re-scheduled date, transfer it for the June 28th Sayers tournament, or if you want your money back (if paid by check, I can shred it or return it). Thanks.

March BOD Cancelled due to inclement weather!

The most recent forecast has increased in severity since i started watching it. Snow, sleet and freezing rain is called for throughout the state through Sunday and into the evening. The safety of our members is always of the utmost importance so to that end the March Board of Directors meeting is CANCELLED. I will be sending out a separate email what was to be covered so that everyone remains informed and are ready for the June meeting.
