- AOY & COY checks were received by Bob Brody and Joe Pacholec Jr.
- Balance is $XXXX
- Body discussed it and the authorized signatures for the checking account at Citizen Savings Bank will now be Tony Dorman and Mark Gruszkiewicz. Tom Hafner will be removed from authorized signature.

- Youth: George Bowers
- Fishing for a Cause gave a donation to a 13 year old Crestwood Football Player that had an illness.
- Fishing for a Cause helped four families from the 2021 fund raising.
- The Fishing for a Cause Lake Wallenpaupack tournament will be 10-30-2022. The permit is approved. Channel 16 will televise a portion of the event.

- D7 Wallenpaupack 08-20-22 Permit is Pending
- It was reiterated that if there are not enough participants in the D7 events for pairings to me made with different clubs to be paired with each other, then after all the different club pairings are made, then the remaining participants from the same club will be paired together.

- Old Business
- David Kozlansky will assist with getting the information up on the PATBF website.
- A conversation took place as if we should develop a PATBFD7 Facebook Page once again without a firm decision to do so.
- The PATBFD7 bylaws were spoken about that were gone over and no changes were necessary at this time.

- New Business
- Joe Pacholec Jr. has made the TBF National Championship on Lake Conroe, TX. Leggett’s Creek Bassmasters will be having a going away party for him on 02-15-22 at The Penalty Box.
- March 20, 2022 is the first PATBF BOD meeting of 2022.
- The PATBFD7 AOY & COY plaque was updated and on display at Major League Sports Bar.
- Check # 628 was written out to Major League Sports Bar for tonight’s PATBFD7 holiday party.
- Next meeting will be Tuesday April 12, 2022 at Major League Sports Bar.
- Motion to adjourn the meeting by Tony Dorman at 8:29.
