As some of you know, my wife has been hospitalized since the State meeting. The ups and downs have been a roller coaster we wish we were not on. Today she will undergo a 4 hour surgery to remove about 25% of her pancreas and her entire spleen. The surgical team here at University Hospital of Pennsylvania believe this will cure her. This is pending pathology since there was also a mass in the spleen. I will attempt to answer as many emails that I can while she is in surgery. After that it may be several days before I am able to answer again. Thank you for your thoughts.
